This is based on the brilliant man sized wash bag by Elaine Jackson of paperbuttoncrafts. I needed a box somewhat smaller and loved the keep closed aspect, so here is a version that uses just one piece of A4. A couple of manic weeks have meant little crafting time, however here is my A4 version of Elaine’s man sized wash bag box.  Instructions for hers can be found on her blog http://www.papercraftbutton.blogspot.co.uk

As you can see, having made the boxes on video I decided they looked a bit bare, so out with the Petite Pairs sentiments and a couple of punches and now they feel a bit more finished.

dimensions are (Pacific point blue box)

A4 card Trim to 10 1/2 x 8 1/4

score long 2,5,7,10 inches

score short 2, 7 1/4, 7 3/4. Then at 5 3/4 inches score between 2nd and 3rd lines and between 4th and 5th and mark the mid points (3 1/2, 5 1/2)

Shorter version (so Saffron)

Card 10 1/2 x7 inches

score long 2,5,7,10 inches

score short 2, 6 3/4, 7 1/4.  All other instructions the same.
