So here’s a tiny version of the lovely craftycarolinecreates flush fitting box.  I have made a slight adjustment to the lining compared with the original.  I’ve had some lovely feedback on my Fererro Friday series, so hope you like this one too.

I’ve used some retiring product, sad to see the Washi label punch going along with the bitty punches. I am so sad to see Flowering Flourishes going ..get them before they are all gone!

This is a very snug fit, so some gentle easing is needed, watch the video to see.  It is important to cut the tags in a specific way before folding up.

So the dimensions

Base and lid 2 pieces of card, one in white, one in colour 4 1/2 inches square.  score both pieces at 1/2 inch and 1-1/4 inches on all 4 sides.

cut away outer 3 corners on all 4 sides

Inner band, whisper white card stamped on top half 1-3/4 X 7-1/2

score long edge at 1-3/4, 3-1/2, 5-1/4, 7 inches

Inner liner made from contrast card 4-7/16 square

score at  1-3/8 on all 4 sides

Create lid and base

create inner liner with the tabs on the outside and attach inner band to the outside of the inner box

gently insert into base
