Sunday Scoring #17 Quarter Fold Card

A simple but effective card today, that makes use of the Sprinkles of Life set that is carrying over into the new catalogue.  It’s a fun card to send a note in, or even a gift card or money.  The matching punch makes cutting out the ice cream or tree top easy, and with just two scores on each piece of card, it is super quick to make too.  The original dimensions are on splitcoaststampers, however I have adapted them so that you can make two of these from UK A4 card.

So all you need are two pieces of card.

For the top and bottom colour (Very Vanilla in the photos above) 5 1/4 x 11 inches.  Score on the long edge at 2-3/4 and 8-1/4.

For the contrast card side panels (Old Olive and Watermelon Wonder above) 3 7/8 x 11 inches.  Score on the long edge at 2 and 6 inches.

Layer the card with the neutral panel in the middle and glue using tape.

Alternatively, if you want a single colour, this can be made from one piece of card.

This uses a single piece of card 8 1/4 x 11 inches.  Score the long edge at 2-3/4 and 8-1/4, Score the short edge at 2 and 6 inches.  Fold and burnish all the score lines, then cut away the four corner squares, cutting just slightly to the inside of the score lines.
