Hi everyone, finally catching up post holiday, so this post is a bit rushed, however this is a great card to show off the beautiful new DSP and stamp set
Materials
CARD 12 X 7 card – one piece 8 X 5 card one piece
Stampset: Penned and Painted 141938
DSP Blooms and Bliss four pieces 1 ¾ x 3 ¾
front: two pieces: 1 ¾ x 3 ¾
Corners four pieces : 1 ¼ x 1 ¾
CARD for layering
centre panels four pieces 1 7/8 x 3 7/8
corners four pieces 1 3/8 x 1 7/8
Whisper White card for front and centre (for sentiment/writing) ONE piece 1 ½ x 3 ½ for the front and ONE piece 1 5/8 x 3 5/8
Instructions
Cut a piece of 12 x 12 card at 7 inches so you have two pieces. If you want you can trim the 5” wide piece to 8inches or as I did use a contrast piece of card.
Gut the centre from the larger piece of card. Turn to have the short edge at the top and line up with 1 ½ inch mark and cut from 5 to 25.2 cm. Line up to 5 ½ and repeat
Turn to landscape and cut between the first two cut line at 2 inches (from 4 to 13.8 cm) and at 10 inches.
The next part is to score each of the panels every two inches and fold it alternately… to give you the concertina shape . From the left make the first fold a Mountain fold, then a Valley – repeat. The larger piece should have 3 ‘mountains’ and the smaller piece two mountains with a valley fold in the middle.
The central gap measures 8″ x 4″ which means that to fit in the 5” piece you will need to add some slots.
Slide the smaller panel into the slits on the larger one.
If you have folded correctly where you have a mountain fold on the large panel then the smaller panel is a valley one.
If you find that the centre panel is a bit tight – just increase the slits slightly
Decorate your card using the DSP and stamping

This is a really cool fold Heidi. I haven’t seen this type of card before. Have to try it sometime. Thanks for sharing the instructions. 🙂
You’re welcome Jenny.
I am unable to access the You Tube connection for this card . The same thing happened with the slider card a few days ago .
It’s okay … I found it !!
Do you have the measurement for this custom box envelope?
I don’t, but I will have a measure later today and work it out
