So this looks like an ordinary square card, until you open it and find this pop up in the middle, yet it folds flat for posting.

Materials and instructions

Base card – 6 x 12 inches scored at 6 inches

DSP 5 1/2 x 5 1/2; Card 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 and a layer of Whisper White 5 x 5

Inside base 5 1/2 x 11 1/2

Insert into your trimmer portrait, line up at 3/4 inch and cut from 1 3/4 (4.5 cm) to 9 3/4 inches (24.8)

flip the card over and repeat

Turn to landscape and make the following scores

At 3 3/4 score top and bottom (above and below the cut lines)

at 5 3/4 score all the way top to bottom

At 7 3/4 top and bottom only

Then score BETWEEN the cut lines at 1 3/4, 2 1/2, 9 and 9 3/4

Two – 3 x 3 3/4

Two 5/8 x 3 3/4

Whisper White panels for stamping – two panels 2 3/4 x 3 1/2 inches
