Well I don’t usually do cute, but who could resist these gingerbread men? The coordinating punch and stamp set is really fun, this is one of the cards we made in my recent class.  We we made three with the stamp set, one fancy fold for when you want a special card, and two quick and easy cards that would be ideal for batch making.
