Storage solutions

Well in the midst of kitchen fitting, I haven’t been able to get as many projects copleted  as I would like, so I decided to finish off some of my MDF stack and store units.

They are easy to construct with some PVA glue as they are slot and tab construction.  I then paint with an acrylic paint. Then add the DSP with some glossy Mod Podge and the addition of a little ribbon to open some of the drawers and I am much more organised!

I have my ribbons in the bottom sections, with embossing powders and spools of bakers twine in the two drawer section. The three drawer sections just hold the Stampin Up embellishment tubs so I have current in two drawers and retired in another.

Finally in the top section, I have my framelits on one side and thinlets on the other.  It isn’t quite wide enough for the widest packs like the number of years, but all the others fit perfectly and are so easy to flick through to find the ones I want. If you store your stamps in Cd pockets they fit perfectly.

I hold stock of most of these so can dispatch within a day.  I charge postage and packaging at cost, so can easily quote for a single package, just let me know what you would like and I can send you an invoice for the total. Visit my page HERE to see the full range.

I used the This Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper, as I love the classic sheet music look, especially as it is a softer Very Vanilla background that gives a vintage look.

i hope you are having a good week

  1. Yes, and easy to choose extra layers that suit what you want to store, I’m trying to get inti the ‘don’t put it down, put it away” mindset……but it doesn’t come naturally to me!
