So here I am with my fourth project and it is back to a fancy fold for this one. This is a dinky twisted triple easel that uses the width of A4 (8 1/4 inches or 21 cm in UK and Europe). the card is actually very straightforward to make with some lovely Eastern Palace Designer Series Paper (DSP) echoing the new in colours. This is another of my archery field creations – I got some interesting comments while I was beavering away 🙂
The Narwhal called out for Tranquil Tide, but a splash of Dapper Denim and Lemon Lime Twist shows him off. You could use some buttons or other embellishments for stoppers, but I didn’t have anything that was quite right to hand, so the little 2.5 cm cubes work to provide some interest.
This is a great card as it is made from a single sheet of A4 width card, so will fit in a standard DL envelope as it folds flat for posting – writing on the card is easy if you add a panel to the underneath or a small panel to the reverse of the centre easel panel.

WOW! Heidi I never knew what that strange creature with a horn was. I didn’t think it was real. Thanks for enlightening me. I love the soft colours of this card.
Thanks Jenny – yep – it is real and the horn was mistaken as a unicorn horn in ancient history!
