So I’m guessing you didn’t see this stamp as a background when you first looked did you? One of the things that is great about being on the design team is working with a set that I wouldn’t have chosen immediately but this snail has grown on me, so when I was playing around with it, I decided to use just the shell to create a fun background. I used a stampin write marker, but would have preferred to use a post it to mask off the head and body…but as I was creating this in the middle of a field watching archery – post it notes were one thing I didn’t have in my craft bag – so I allowed the ink to dry well on the watercolour paper, before I coloured in using an aquapainter.
I felt the card was missing somthing – So when I got back I added some ribbon and a half stitched framelit.
