So how about a couple of Giant Drop sided gift boxes?  I have sized these to accommodate either the large Yankee Candle Jar Candles or the Wickford large jar candle. I love the Classic Christmas colour combo of Red ang Green – in this case Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive – but you could just as easily use Real Red and Garden Green.  Just choose the card to co-ordinate with your paper.  The Merrly little Labels fits perfectly in this oval and the ‘Just for You’ makes a simple but effective tag.

Lid          Card 7 ½ inch square score at 5 ¾ and 6 ¾ on all four sides

Base      Card 7 ½ inch square score at 5 ¾ and 7 inches

Sides     Four pieces of card 6” x 3 15/16 score on the long edge at 1 inch

Corners Two pieces 4 ¾ x 4 ¾ score at ½ inch on all four sides

Score in half diagonally , Turn and cut in half on the opposite diagonal

Decoration

Outer    Four pieces fo DSP 3 ¾ x 3 ¾

Inner     Four pieces 3 ¾ x 4 ¾

Lid layers             Card 3 ¾ x 3 ¾         DSP 3 ½ x 3 ½

 

Large Yankee Candle Jar  4 x 7 inches (10 x 17.5 cm)

Lid          Card 7 ½ inch (19 cm) square score at 5 ¾ and 6 ¾ (14.5, 17 cm) on all four sides

Base      Card 7 ½ inch (19 cm) square score at 5 ¾ and 7 (14.5, 18 cm) inches

Sides     Four pieces of card 7 ¼ x x 3 15/16 (18.5 x 9.8 cm ) Score on the long edge at 1 inch (2.5 cm)

Corners Two pieces 4 ¾ x 4 ¾ (12 x 12 cm) score at ½ inch on all four sides

Score in half diagonally , Turn and cut in half on the opposite diagonal
