Rehydrating rose gift card

Well…what happened to this one? I showcased this project for our SAB Blog hop back in February, I filmed the video…..and it is nowhere to be found! So thank you to Mal for chasing me for this, I had all the measurements, but had to refilm, so took the opportunity to make it using some different colours, DSP and stamp set. It holds a mini moisuriser, but would suit any other cream container about 3-3/4 inches high by 1 inch wide. There are similar cards about that hold tealights too, I might get around to making one if I get chance! Originally I brayered some of the Petal Palette DSP to get the colour, then overstamped with the lots of lavender sale a bration set. The main image was simply stamped in Basic Black then filled in with the stamped solid colours.

So for my replacement, I have gone pink to celebrate the rose element of the cream. This gives me a chance to use the lovely Painted love DSP, with its gorgeous gold accents. I love the new foiled papers that Stampin’ Up! have made available recently. For the front I thought it would be great to use Birthday Blooms…with a new catalogue on its way it might not be available for long, so click on the link below if you want to secure your copy of this beautiful floral set. The image has been stamped in Memento London Fog, and then coloured in with Stampin Blends, although SU don’t stock this colour, I think it is a great one to have as it just softens the outline to make the most of the colouring. It is a little challenging to fussy cut, but if you have the time it would add extra dimension and take the card to the next level.
