Treat holder: Four Freddos

Four Freddo Treat holder by FlutterbyheidiWell originally this was going to hold Ferrero, but apparently Ferrero are issuing cease and desist letters to people using Ferrero in their projects, so I stuck some Freddos in the holder instead and made it a bit taller 🙂   It would still take a Ferrero on each side – but might benefit from a notch to help get it out.  I love the pretty colours and the mini punches are on offer at the moment! Sadly they are retiring at the end of this month, but I think they are a great one to have in your stash.

Although the Peekaboo Peach is leaving too at the end of the month – there is a new similar colour which I actually prefer 🙂  but if you like Peekaboo Peach, then get your order in now…  So here are the dimensions if you want to make your own…. it’t a squeeze for Freddos, but they do just fit!

Dimensions

Card 12 x 4-1/8 (30 x 10.5)

Score long at 1-3/8, 2 ¾ , 6, 9 ¼ , 10-5/8 (3.5, 7, 15, 23, 26.5)

Score short 1-3/8 , 2 ¾ (3.5, 7 cm)

Mark at 4-1/8 (10.5)

DSP 2 ¾ x 3 ¼ (7 x 8 cm)

  1. Sadly we cannot get Freddos in the U.S. I am English and have to bring huge supplies back with me for my two grandsons! You probably can get them in Australia as they have Cadbury factories.

    1. Lindor balls will also fit 🙂 I’ll have to have a look for some Hershey equivalents

  2. It defies logic for Ferrerro to discourage people from using their choice in our makes. I don’t think I have ever bought them for any other purpose! Your containers are/have been inspirational to me. Thanks 🙂

    1. So glad you have enjoyed…the treat containers will continue…just differently named 🙂

  3. What a cute box! I’m sure I can find an equivalent treat to pop in there across the pond. 🙂 How silly is the gold wrapped chocolate company to give up free advert? Thanks for a great tutorial.
