Well it’s back 🙂 Treat time Friday has returned with a quick Freddo holder (other treat size bars are available 🙂 ) but this is great for the Syn controlled treats for my slimming world friends. This is a useful little pouch holder which could also be used for packaged t bags or other flatish treats, and you can get 3 from a sheet of A4 if you have some spare scraps for the belly band and internal pouch
