So I’ve been playing with the dandelion wishes stamp set this week, it is so pretty and can be used for any number of occasions, sometimes the simplest cards can be just as effective as lots of layers or even a fancy fold (although I have to admit I do LOVE a fancy fold!)

This is a very quick and easy way to get a background colour block on your card…and it uses your Stampin’ Up! block!  I found that a quick spritz from a distance with some water, helps to create a lovely mottled effect – and because it doesn’t use much ink or water – can be stamped onto standard whisper white card.  the addition of some of the new in colour DSP adds a layer of colour and pattern without being too much – and the more random dots works better than trying to line up the other dot pattern!

The card is a standard card base with 1/4 inch layers (.5 cm)

5-3/4 x 8 inches (14.5 x  21 cm)
