So back with a 3D project for you today and this is a good size box with an unusual shape top for closure and gorgeous vellum panels on the side. It is 2 1/2 inches square on the base and stands at about 3 1/2 inches tall, so plenty big enough to hold all sorts of gifts.

The vellum is from the current Spring Catalogue and is in a pack with a mix of 12 x 12 vellum and DSP. I have chosen to use card for the other sides, but you could just as easily use the co-ordinating DSP – and the ribbon is currently a Sale a Bration free product choice – – although as I said in my video a narrower ribbon might have been a little easier to work with.

The box is really easy to construct and the dimensions are as follows

Piece 1 (Vellum) 4-1/2 x 11-1/2 (10.5 x 29.5)

Score short at 1/2 and 3 inches (1, 9.5 cm)

Score long at 4-1/2, 7 inches ( 10.5 , 19 cm)

Piece 2 (card) Score long at 4-1/2, 7 inches
