This is a variation I came up with on my much copied inner pop out cards that you can see below . I wanted to make a portait card to hold a gift card – but when I upsized the inner bit it didn’t look right – so I came up with this instead. I then came across a couple of versions on Pinterest…so as we say…nothing new in crafting 🙂 Anyway I think it is a pretty card and is great for showcasing gorgeous Designer Series Paper (DSP). The big sentiment is from the lovely Amazing Life stamp set, this is retiring, so you need to be quick to get this before the end of the month.

The construction of these cards is pretty straightforward- the trickiest bit is lining up the inner – so take your time and maybe use some wet glue to give yourself a little wiggle room 🙂
