Have you guessed that I love this Honey Bee suite? I have a deep love for Bees and the part that they play in the eco system. And there is something about the symmetry of the hexagons in the honeycomb that I love…so this set just called to me – add to that the gorgeous foiled DSP that you can get for free when you buy the bundle and it is an absolute winner 🙂
There is nothing fancy about the card iself – but to be honest you don’t need fancy with this. I couldn’t resist adding the lovely daisy flowers from Daisy Lane – they seemed a perfect size to represent sunflowers. Of course a little artistic licence is needed to see my vision of a sunflower – but I hope you get what i was aiming for.
The photo doesn’t do justice to the foiling on the DSP – but it is very shiny and gold!
Do you have particular animals or insects that you love? Is there a stamp set or bundle that is calling to you from the catalogue?
