Power of Hope Panel Card

So I had promised myself that I wasn’t going to buy any more dies for a while…then I saw these! I have just used the scalloped rectangles on this card, but the shapes that come with them are really lovely and layer well together.

I adapted the larger rectangle on this one – which is really easy to do by lining up the scallops) but that was just becuase I felt the full rectangle was a bit too big.

I do love a bit of paper piecing too – and the blossom image and champagne foiling (yes I know I keep saying it is silver …but I have started to autocorrect myself 🙂 ) is a lovely way to dress the Geisha. I had orginally planned to add some floral die cuts too..but in the end quite liked the simplicty of this.

Of course you might have noticed the use of Peaceful moments for the sentiment AGAIN…it really is an incredibly useful stamp set with the combination of type face and handwritten font and a good size too – perfect to use with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies

I have a number of projects using this stamp set – have a look and see whether I can inspire you
