Fancy fold card

Lovely Lily Centre Panel Card

I have always loved Monet’s lily themed paintings, so this Designer Series Paper (DSP) was on my early list of items to get .

I haven’t made one of these cards in years! The last one I made was a 5 x 7 version and way before I came across Stampin’ Up!. It is a simple change to a standard card base – but adds a little variety if you are just venturing into the world of fun folds.

The stamp set is full of great images, and if colouring in isn’t your thing – just flip the stamp over and use the reverse to fill in the colour for you. If you can get the dies too – I strongly recommend it – however, if you can only get a couple of items I would go for the paper and stamps as they provide lots of possibilities for beautiful cards. You can always get going on some fussy cutting…although the accent dies that I used on the inside and to add to the flowers are really pretty in their own right.

I used the lovely Peaceful Moments for the sentiment – this set is a real clasisc – full of fabulous sentiments for all occasions.

Hope you get to do some crafting today, if you need any help, just give me a call 🙂
