So I’m still on a mission to use up my Mosaic Mood paper….I have a sneaking suspicion that when I have achieved it I will be sorry not to have it in my stash! Still, in the meantime I want to show you as many ways as possible to make the most of this paper 🙂
Now this did seem to be a project that was never going to make it to video and even on this one I was cut a little short at the end! I really couldn’t face filming it for a 4th time! still as I always tell my customers – it’s how I roll….you get the full Heidi …warts and all! I don’t edit as I want you to see that we ALL make mistakes…and it really does not matter 🙂
Of course this paper does make stunning cards – and I love the panel effect of this card – particularly with the partially cut images on the side panels. I had run out of butterflies for my third card – but you could use any of the elements from the sheets. Strangely enough no stampin on this card – but then that is quite therapeutic too…let the DSP do the work! It is worth investing in a good pair of scissors for your fussy cutting…and I haven’t found any better than the SU Snips
So we only have just over a month left of the current catalogues – so it is worth checking whether there are any stamp sets or bundles you have left on your wish list. Even if a stamp set and co-ordinating punch or dies carry into the new catalogue – the 10% bundle discount will go….Also DSP rarely carries over – so again get it in your basket…once the retiring list is announced next week you may start to see sell outs…
good news is that SU are still manageing to deliver orders pretty quickly – and most items are in stock…even ink refills are finally starting to appear. There may be some hiccoups in supply due to the various closedowns and restrictions which may appear later, but SU are doing a fab job with the teams in Utah who produce the stamp sets, with split shifts and gaps between shift handovers for cleaning, that stamps are least affected!
In the meantime – enjoy your time with family – and if you are getting extra crafting time you have my envy! My job means I am still hard at work – albeit at my dining table each day….I certainly don’t miss my commute!
Stay safe and well
