Wow, where do the weeks go? I think it’s as if time flexes during the week…Monday…so much to do..the week stretches ahead…blink and it’s Friday and I’m saying have a great weekend to my team!
So what have you been up to? Crafting? Gardening? Bread making??? I don’t make bread…but I do make pizza bases…so that was yesterday afternoon…although it was a bit hit and miss…my son brought home both strong and plain flour from the butchers where he works (they had managed to get giant sacks from their supplier) however he failed to label which was which…the good news is we worked out the right one (well the dough rose 🙂
Anyway…May is a busy card making month for family for me…Sister, niece, mother in law plus several friends….so this is the first…and an opportunity to remind you about retiring items! Yes, this stamp set is leaving us at the end of May…and so are these designs on the paper pad! So get your order in…and please don’t forget to use the code club code on your order…this enables me to use rewards to send you extra thank you gifts the month after your order…this month was two Stampin’ Blends…so it really is worth adding the code to your order.
This set is great for any sports lovers with swimming, cycling and running images..and although I haven’t used them on this card, the sentiments are fab for encouragement. You could use whatever Blends you have….but if you haven’t got them already, I would recommend that you get the ivory and Light pool party singles added to your basket while you can, as from June they will only be available in pairs. The DSP pack is a great one to buy now… the colours are continuing, so you will have no problem getting the card and inks to co-ordinate over the next year…I love the script design and gingham is always useful…but the diamond stitching is great for male or female cards. talking of stitching…get your stitched shapes if you don’t have them already. With four sizes of three shapes these are perfect for creating layers on your cards…just enough detail for interest….and if you are organised you can get loads cut while you have your dies out…so you have them ready to use for a quick card!
Hope you have a lovely day
