Well, I haven’t done one of these in a while…and this is the first time I have managed to join in with this group, so I do hope you are able to take some time to see what my incredibly talented Stampin’ Up! Friends have created.
We were set a challenge of one stamp set 4 ways….so challenge accepted off I went to create…..so some very messy while later I came up with the following 4 projects using a stamp set (and bundle) that you will be able to purchase from WEDNESDAY this week (yes only two more sleeps!)
Given that there are also four floral images (one for each of the seasons) I have used each set in a different way…so hope there is something for everyone in this selection…from watercolouring to punching…. cards to 3D. I will be adding the links to the new products later on (they are not yet available) and over the next few days will be adding the videos on how to make each of the projects too.
So this card is one that is full of sunshine…. and showcases one of the new In Colors for 2020-2022..Bumblebee. You also get to see the new Designer Series Paper (DSP) stack patterns too…some really useful ones in here…dots, texture, typeface and woodgrain..
I cheated a little by using a second stamp set to add the sentiment…which is from Lovely You.. another new bundle…with the Lovely Labels Pick a punch …perfect for banner making. I really prefer my second card…. and maybe next time I will stamp the jar in Basic Gray or smoky slate to make it look more glass like. My trusty Blender Pens were so useful to create a co-ordinated look by using Crushed Curry ink too. I haven’t used the metallic pearls as much as I should have….get ready to see more of them too!
