Flowers for Every Season Lip Butter Box

Now you know me…I do like a pretty box…and shadow boxes really are easy to make and they are a perfect way to make this little gift look a lot more special.

The little flap over cover is held in place with a little belly band …trimmed using the fab new punch that makes sentiment banners so easy.

The new ribbons in the in colours are stunning to work with…so easy to tie and just the right size for both box making and accenting cards.

What do you think of the new colours? Magenta Madness is a REALLY vibrant pink…however i can see it working well with whites and the lovely Bumblebee (see my code club picture beloe…pale pink, white and yellow all working well together :))

The papers in Flowers for Every Season are a mixed bag for me.. I love the pretty Bumblebee one I have used, but some of the others are a bit lively in their colours .but then you might love them all, likewise I can see them all working as accent strips on cards or projects,

So I do hope you decide to pick up some of the new incolours… whether to make a shadow box frame or for another project
