Simple and elegant is what I was hoping to achieve with this card…. and another way to use your Poinsettia Place bundle without the dies, but instead using the Stitched Shapes – a great set of dies with nesting sizes of circles, ovals and squares – all with the lovely stitched edge detail.
The card in the video uses the large poinsettia – but as you can see above – it works equally as well with the ‘flower builder’ poinsettia (although on those I do use a scrap of post it note to keep the centres a little clearer when I add the second layer.
The Winter snow embossing folder is simply stunning and I know my photography skills don’t do it justice – but if you want to see the fine detail – have a look at my lumiere project HERE as you can really see the detail on the vellum.
