Well we are back again – more inspiration to share and this time it is from the Mini Catalogue that went live last month and that we only have until June!
Of course – I couldn’t resist this stamp and die set when I saw it… it was as if they created and named it just for me 🙂 “Floating and Fluttering” perfect for Flutterbyheidi don’t you think?
of course I think that it looks fabulous with the lovely Paper blooms DSP which is one of the items available in the Sale a Bration selection too – just enough pattern on this design to add interest without overpowering the beauty of the butterflies.
One of the reasons I love this stamp and die set is that it lends itself to either using the solid and accent ‘ stamps in the set or to being coloured with Stampin’ blends. On the Double Diamond card I have used Blends, but below you can see how the solid and accent stamps work to create lovely butterflies.
The stamps in the set are photopolymer so it is easy to get the alignment just right you using the solid and accent stamps makes colouring these very easy and the dies give you the choice of either cutting out the joined focal image as I have on the card, or you can then cut the image apart to get additional joined images as on the box…. and there are also individual dies to cut out each of the butterflies and leaves – lots of options!
Please do visit the other participants in the hop using the links below…you are sure to find a host of inspiration. I will be posting videos for these projects over the next day or so, so if you subscribe to my blog you will get notified when I post them.there are two pages of participants, so please click to page 2 too!
