It is a while since I have done much in the way of fancy / fun fold cards but when this new die set arrived to co-ordinate with my old Sale a Bration set this card sprang to mind
It is an easy card design but works wonderfully with all the different elements to create a 3D scene. Although a little fiddly to put together (well it would have been easier if I had bothered to use my take your pick tool) it is great fun…and who doesn’t love these happy birds? and of course as with all of my fancy folds – it folds flat for posting in a standard C^ envelope.
The little hen house, tree stump and wooden sign are great accents that would go well with any farmyard scene – but if you like them – get them while you can as they are a limited release!
I love the idea the multicoloured mop top on one of the chickens…whilst I rock a little pink in my hair from time to time – I am not sure I would be brave enough to go true multi colour…but who knows….in the meantime you can add a splash of colour with our fabulous Stampin’ Blends…even my colouring can look pretty reasonable 🙂
Have fun and enjoy your crafting
Heidi

Oh my goodness! I have the birthday chick bundle…but I think I might have to get this one too! Your design is amazing. I love when I have as much fun making the card as giving it! This fits the bill perfectly.
Thanks as always Heidi, for sharing.
