So the challenge for this month’s blog hop is ‘Make a Box’…well as I was playing with the Sand and Sea Suite I came up with this little box…hopefully the curve echoes the rounded shapes of the seashells.
Of course I couldn’t resist adding the new double oval punch to my collection – so nice to have ovals available for sentiments without having to die cut… For me (particularly with the smaller sentiments) it is much easier to line up and punch the sentiment.

Card 18 x 14.5 cm (7-1/4” x 5-3/4”)
Score short at 4 cm (1-1/2)
Put into the trimmer so the short section is at the bottom and then score BELOW THE SCORE LINE at 2, 6, 10, 14 cm (7/8, 2-3/8, 3-7/8, 5-3/8”)
Score down 1.5 cm (3/4”) at 8 and 16 cm (3-1/4 and 6-1/2) and mark the left hand edge at 1.5 cm (3/4”)
Use the largest layering stitched Shapes oval to score the top curves
