This is another way to use the fabulous detail in the embossing folder in the Sand and Sea Suite – but I wanted to show that you don’t always have to use the whole panel – adding a strip of the embossed detail across the middle is perfect to add a little texture to your card.
You may have noticed that I love the new blending brushes…they are so incredibly soft and make blended backgrounds so easy… I have indulged by buying a couple of sets – but they are such good quality I can see them lasting for years – and it does mean that I can use quite happily for a colour family without having to wait for brushes to dry.
The colour palette is taken from the DSP Soft Blushing Bride, So Saffron and Seaside Spray (if you love Seaside Spray it will be disappearing in the next few weeks – so buy what you need now) and the pretty opal rounds add a finishing touch of sparkle.
