Waves in 3D Card

I’ve just started really playing with this fabulous new bundle…. Waves of Inspiration…. and the set is one that really speaks to me. We have had so many fabulous holidays on flotillas around the Greek Islands, and wonderful days on the beach with our dogs in the UK, that I can see this being used so many times when I (eventually) get around to scrapbooking!

I love how the die cuts layer over the top of the stamped wave – they add such dimension – but I really wanted to add a little distance between the waves to create a 3D effect – and the steps work well to do that ( and of course it folds flat for postage too 🙂 Now…I love this paper, and that’s almost every sheet both sides! I remember my friend Sam (aka Pootles) saying to me that she has to like at least half of the paper …. and for the most part I won’t buy unless I like 3/4 of the pack….but just occasionally I really love it (and I might just have bought a second pack already!) but if you love it too….it is only available until 2 May and while stocks last! so get in touch if you want to order some.

Anyway enough of the wittering on….im having a family day today (well I have a hubby with Covid so he’s self isolating at the top of the house…my son has come home for a night so we could all have a meal out to celebrate our birthdays…so instead I had a meal out with just my two boys…. a rare event…. at our favourite local Nepalese restaurant.
