Back again – and this is for those of you who have the Envelope Punch Board

For the box you will need to cut your card to card 13.5 x 13.5 cm (5-3/8 x 5-3/88)

Punch and score at 1 5/8, 3 ¾ and follow the score lines around – on all four sides

Fold and burnish the score lines

Fold in the four flaps and glue down

Score the diagonals from the centre square to the middle and fold in to the centre, or if using DSP fold the side edges together and gently crease the diagonal.

Reinforced lid (this is the same process as for the flush fitting box)

Card 9.5 cm x 9.5 cm (3-7/8 X 3-7/8inches)

Score each side at 1 and 2.5 cm

Cut away outer three squares on each corner and cut up each remaining square to make a tab

Notch out the outer long tab on each side

Fold up and glue small tabs to make lid, then fold in and glue the long outer tabs
