So the lovely BJ Peters inspired me with her fold HERE using the Painted Poppies DSP and Poppy Moments dies. By coincidence, I ‘met’ the lovely BJ in a Stampin’ Up! Zoom meeting just a couple of days ago! She has been a demonstrator a lot longer than me! We all shared out tips and hints for remote classes during these socially distanced times.
As I said in my video, just copying the design exactly wasn’t going to work for my team meeting (by Zoom of course!) as my team didn’t have the DSP – and I hadn’t left enough time to post some out to them, also I wanted to change the measurements for our cardstock too. So as several had the Perennial Essence DSP I changed things up a bit and created this card….and I have to admit I rather like it 🙂
Sometimes we forget about the sets we have…and the two solid flowers in this set are lovely – you can get a lovely soft look by stamping off too. The sentiment seems to be my go to birthday sentiment, and I do like the combination of script and type too 🙂 …. So all in all a pretty card with enough fun to add some interest…but quick and easy to make too 🙂
Hope you crafted along too
