And not a piece of DSP in sight! This is a great card layout to have in your repertoire, and the lovely leaf spray with the ‘distinktive’ effect…this is a a special Stampin’ Up! effect where the texture and shading is all part of the stamp…making stunning shaded images without any extra work 🙂
It is also a great way to create cards with just a simple colour palette, stamping off to create a lighter effect, or using a lighter ink – either works well.
This sentiment in Woven threads is perfect for a sympathy card, and I think the scroll just finishes it off. I think the blue is actually my favourite…what about you?
What are your go to colour palettes? are there any colours you rarely use? For me it is greens and yellows…I occassionally wear olive greens – but I don’t think I possess anything yellow…I am naturally drawn to pinks purples and blues….however…watch this space as with the new catalogue there is a suite which I actually rather like !
