3d · Fun Fold · Quick and Easy

Early January round up

So I started the year off by taking part in a fabulous 48 hour new catalogue Facebook party and this was the project I shared. If is a variation on an easel card – with the front panel held upright by a block making it really sturdy – I used the Two Tone Floral stamp and die bundle along with the Fancy Floral DSP. The set doesn’t have any sentiments so was perfect to pair with the Charming Sentiments stamp set

This card is a new fold to me – but I know there are other versions out there – I put my spin on it so that it stands up for display. I used the beautiful Gingo Branches bundle for these pretty flowers – such pretty and delicate die cuts and they work so well with the Fancy Flora DSP too

Another Gingko Branches pair of cards – and I’ve used the lovely painted Texture Embossing Folder to add some interest to the background too.

Of course it wouldnt be a complete week from me without a 3D project and this pretty box is a fun table favour that is economical to make as it only uses 1/2 sheet of A4 card too! The DSP is some of our lovely SAB free offering too

For this card I updated an old card that I made using a punch for the aperture – I love this new version – the ‘lace’ panel is so pretty – and the flowers stamp so well – the two step stamping creates a lovely sense of dimension

So I hope that has given you some inspiration to explore your creativity
