So my original was inspired by a lovely Australian demo Jenny Hayward who used the Flirty Flamingo cardstock and inked the folder using a dark pink…or at least I thought that was where I had seen it…when I went to find her project..I couldn’t find it! Anyway, she has some lovely projects so go have a look anyway.
The first version used Lovely Lipstick and Flirty Flamingo…I am never 100% sure of this combo..what do you think? I guess it is closer to the traditional good luck colour of red. And I didn’t say in the video, but I coloured the bottom of the tassel using my Dark Lovely Lipstick Blend. Anyway I then decided to tone it down to soft pink and gray – so out came the lovely Petal Pink and Smoky Slate and a perfect match…the tassel is already coloured.
I still can’t find my light Pool Party Blend (Doh!) so I had to use the Light Balmy Blue…still I think it works …and I do love the tassel that is already coloured! The great thing about this Fancy Fold is that is is really easy 🙂

So clever. Enjoyed the video, but what did you do with the lanterns?
I added them to the bottom of the tab! Apologies – memory card ran out!
